Medical and behavioral health services are provided regardless of the patient’s ability to pay.  

We offer a sliding fee discount program with fees based on income and family size. Those who are homeless are eligible for a sliding fee discount if income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level (FPL). If income is at or below 100% of the FPL, a full discount is available and fees slide to zero.

Those with HIV/AIDS are eligible for a sliding fee discount if income is at or below 300% of the FPL.

CHN accepts most types of medical insurance. We will assist you in enrolling in Medicaid or Medicare if you qualify.  As a federally qualified health center for homeless individuals we require that you provide us with information about your housing and household status, and income.
