Dr. Bernheisel is a University of Cincinnati Medical School graduate. He joined the Healthcare for the Homeless Program in June 2019. Family medicine is his area of interest.

Dr. Donovan is a Medical College of Ohio, Toledo, graduate and has committed most of his professional career to the Healthcare for the Homeless Program. He currently serves the program as a primary care provider, and in the past, has held the position of medical director.

Ms. Feczko received her certification at the University of Pennsylvania and Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has worked in the Healthcare field for almost 10 years. Including many years of volunteer community service. She is a member of American Nurses’ Credentialing Center.

Dr. Kiesler is a University of Cincinnati Medical School graduate who has worked in the Healthcare for the Homeless Program for over 8 years. Dr. Kiesler heads up the team that takes healthcare to the migrant workers at River Downs race track and recently became the health center medical director.

Dr. Ruegg joined the Healthcare for the Homeless Program in July of 2016. She is double boarded in Psychiatry and Family Medicine and heads CHN’s medically assisted treatment program. She is a graduate of Marshall University School of Medicine.

Dr. Wulsin is a University of Cincinnati Medical School graduate and a graduate of Harvard College. His work in the Healthcare for the Homeless consists of serving psychiatric patients and supervising the residents.
