Dr. Colman is a graduate of the University of Toronto Medical School. She has lived in the Cincinnati area over 20 years and has worked in the Healthcare for the Homeless Program for over 8 years.




Robert Donovan M.D.

Medical Provider

Dr. Donovan is a Medical College of Ohio, Toledo, graduate and has committed most of his professional career to the Healthcare for the Homeless Program. He currently serves the program as a primary care provider, and in the past, has held the position of medical director.




Anne Feczko MSN CRNP

Medical Provider

Ms. Feczko received her certification at the University of Pennsylvania and Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She has worked in the Healthcare field for almost 10 years. Including many years of volunteer community service. She is a member of American Nurses’ Credentialing Center.




Jerry A. Friemoth M.D.

Medical Provider

Dr. Friemoth is a Ohio State University College of Medicine graduate who has worked in the Healthcare field for more than 40 years. Including many years of volunteer community service with individuals experiencing homelessness, prison visitations and child literacy. Dr. Friemoth is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.




Valorie Grant, CNP

Medical Provider

Ms. Grant received her certification as an Nurse Practitioner in 2016 after a long career as a Registered Nurse. She joined the Healthcare for the Homeless Program in November 2017 and sees patients at several Cincinnati Health Network locations.




Joseph Kiesler M.D.

Medical Provider

Dr. Kiesler is a University of Cincinnati Medical School graduate who has worked in the Healthcare for the Homeless Program for over 8 years. Dr. Kiesler heads up the team that takes healthcare to the migrant workers at River Downs race track and recently became the health center medical director.




Hilja Ruegg M.D.

Medical Provider

Dr. Ruegg joined the Healthcare for the Homeless Program in July of 2016. She is double boarded in Psychiatry and Family Medicine and heads CHN’s medically assisted treatment program. She is a graduate of Marshall University School of Medicine.




Christopher White, M.D.

Medical Provider

Dr. White completed the combined psychiatry and family medicine residency at the University of Cincinnati in 2008.  His work in the Healthcare for the Homeless program mostly consists of seeing psychiatric patients and supervising the residents.




LaToma Williams, CNP

Medical Provider

Ms. Williams graduated as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015. She worked at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and at Mercy Mt. Airy Emergency Department before joining the Healthcare for the Homeless program in June 2016. She primarily sees patients at the Men’s Shelterhouse.




Laura Furst, LPCC

Behavioral Provider

Laura is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and has been working in the social work field since 2013. She received her Master’s degree from Northern Kentucky University and has worked extensively with those with drug and alcohol abuse and co-occurring disorders.




Bruce Hill

Behavioral Provider

Bruce started his career as a substance abuse counselor in 1997 before obtaining his Social Work degree from NKU in 2004. He has worked with CHN for 10 years, first as a counselor working with individuals experiencing homelessness in the Ryan White Part C program, and now as a substance abuse counselor in the substance abuse Medically Assisted Treatment Program (MAT).




Catherine Joyce, LISW

Behavioral Provider

Katie is independently licensed as both a Social Worker and Chemical Dependency Counselor.  She received her master's degree from the University of Cincinnati. Past roles include work with incarcerated adults in drug and alcohol treatment and veterans in a medical setting.




Gary Lukens, LPC

Behavioral Provider

Gary has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1999, and started with the Healthcare for the Homeless Program in 2010. He specializes in working with individuals with severe mental illness and dual diagnosis.
